    By using the NASVI Street Sathi App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App.

  2. Description of Service

    The NASVI Street Sathi App is provided to assist street vendors with registration, digital identification, and access to resources and government schemes.

  3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

    This App is intended solely for street vendors in India aged 18 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion and that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and promptly update your information as needed.

  4. Restrictions on Use

    You may not:
    • Use the App for any unlawful activities or purposes.
    • Attempt to access another user's data.
    • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the App in any way.
    • Share, resell, or misuse access to the App’s content or features.
  5. Content Ownership and License to NASVI

    All content provided through the App remains the property of NASVI. By uploading any content, including photos and documents, you grant NASVI the right to use, modify, and distribute that content as needed for verification and support purposes.

  6. User-Generated Content and Moderation

    NASVI reserves the right to moderate any content posted on the App, including feedback, images, and documents uploaded by users, to ensure compliance with these terms. Any content deemed inappropriate or harmful may be removed at NASVI's discretion.

  7. Payment and Subscription Policies

    1. Fees and Charges

      NASVI may charge fees for certain services within the App, including but not limited to vendor registration, subscriptions, or access to premium content. All fees are displayed clearly within the App before you confirm any transaction.

    2. Payment Method

      Payments can be made through available methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or any other payment gateway supported by the App. By submitting your payment information, you authorize NASVI to process your payment.

    3. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

      Some services may require a subscription with recurring payments. By subscribing, you agree to be charged the applicable fee at regular intervals until you cancel the subscription. You can cancel or modify your subscription through the App settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

    4. Non-Refundable Policy

      All payments made through the App are non-refundable. Please ensure you review the terms of any service or subscription before making a payment. In case of an incorrect charge, please contact NASVI at [email protected] for support.

    5. Payment Security

      NASVI takes reasonable measures to secure payment transactions and does not store your financial information on our servers. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers who comply with industry-standard security protocols. However, NASVI is not liable for any unauthorized access or transaction issues arising from your actions or the payment provider’s platform.

    6. Failure to Pay

      Failure to complete a required payment may result in restricted access to certain features or services within the App. NASVI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to non-payment.

    7. Taxes

      You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by applicable law in connection with your use of the App. NASVI will display any applicable taxes at the time of payment if required.

    8. Dispute Resolution for Payments

      Any payment-related disputes should be addressed to [email protected] within [15 days] of the transaction. NASVI will work to resolve any issues promptly, but the final resolution will be governed by the terms specified by the payment provider.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    NASVI is not liable for:

    • Any loss of income, data, or goodwill arising from the use of this App.
    • Unauthorized access or use of your personal information if it arises from your actions.
    • Service interruptions or technical issues affecting access to the App.
  9. Indemnification

    By using this App, you agree to indemnify and hold NASVI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

  10. Account Suspension and Termination

    NASVI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms or is found to engage in fraudulent activities, misuse of resources, or unauthorized data access.

  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi.

  12. Modifications to the Terms

    NASVI reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to users via the App. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
